We source Kenilworth Tea directly from the Kenilworth Tea Garden in Sri Lanka. The Tea Garden is named after the town of Kenilworth in Warwickshire. It was founded around 1890 by Ralph P Rudd. We know nothing about him apart from his name and the fact that later he went to Australia. The tea we import is their best grade Flowery Broken Orange Peko. It is a black tea with a slightly sweet malty taste. It can be enjoyed with milk but is even better without.
