This data is used to provide the agreed service of offering a platform to allow food and drink suppliers to publish their supply chain directly to the consumer.
It will be retained for the duration of the service plus a further seven years.
The data will not be shared with third parties. The data can only be shared with related third-party organisations with prior and relevant user consent.
The data is held in a secure Back Office Database hosted in the EU.
The lawful purpose to process the data is Contract.
 
Happerley - Intermediary Profile Subscription – if you are an Intermediary and you have a Happerley Profile as such:
The personal data held includes name, email address and telephone numbers.
This data is used to provide the agreed service of offering a platform to allow food and drink suppliers to publish their supply chain directly to the consumer.
It will be retained for the duration of the service plus a further seven years.
The data will not be shared with third parties. The data can only be shared with related third-party organisations with prior and relevant user consent.

This data is used to contact and confirm network links for an existing contractual client’s supply chain.
It will be retained for the duration of the service plus a further seven years
The data will not be shared with third parties. The data can only be shared with related third-party organisations with prior and relevant user consent.
No Personal ‘Uncertified Profile’ Data will appear on the Happerley website
The data is held in a secure Back Office Database hosted in the EU
The lawful purpose to process the data is mix of Consent and Legitimate Interest.
