Our food waste in minimal but on the odd occasion we have any short dated products from our hampers, they are sent to the local food bank so they are not wasted.

Nutritional Values

These are supplied on our products. Our products in the British Roasts, BBQ and Vegan ranges are Free from Additives, Preservatives, minimal or No Salt and sugar. The Curing Kits have salt and sugar in them as this is essential to the curing process.

Animal Welfare

This is not really applicable as we do not have any meat products. However, the products are intended to use on meat and fish. So in and on our products we promote Red Tractor, Free-range, Organic and MSC.
