Simplyseedz is a family business, started by Cathryn as a kitchen table redundancy project! Now a slightly bigger project, Simplyseedz continues to grow and develop and in 2016 we are delighted to have been awarded a Great Taste Award for our Date & Apricot Porridge. Our delicious and nutritious dairy and sugar-free fruity porridge and baked pumpkin seeds are enjoyed by many, including athletes, cyclists and Claire Cashmore Paralympian Gold & Silver Medalist Rio 2016 who has our products as part of her nutrition plan. All Simplyseedz products are Vegetarian Society Vegan approved.

Sustainability

All Simplyseedz products are produced on demand avoiding overproduction and possible food waste. This also ensures minimum energy and maximum efficiency in our production facilities.

Environment

Our environmental policy includes minimum use of vehicles for deliveries etc. We reuse outer cardboard cases for our online sales. All packaging has been sourced to be as environmentally sustainable, such as recycled card is used for our porridge cartons. We do not use any single-use plastic for any of our products. All packaging waste is recycled.

Local Communities

We regularly support our local community events and shops. We donate used tubs to schools/nurseries for arts and crafts, hobbies etc. We have donated surplus stock to local homeless shelter too.

Packaging & Waste

All packaging is fully recyclable. We recycle all waste and reuse outer packaging cases as much as possible.

Inspiring & Educating

We love to inspire and educate our customers with recipe and serving suggestions. Our social media posts engage and give inspirational ideas with tips and tricks for simple healthy living. When out at festivals and events this gives us the opportunity to demonstrate some of our recipes.

All our products are nutritionally balanced. They do not have any refined sugar, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
