Sustainability
All of our organic waste is recycled. Some of waste citrus fruit are used in other products by other local producers. We use local and organic botanicals where possible.
Environment
We try and have as little impact on the environment as possible we recycle glass bottles at the distillery. Try and create as little waste as possible.
Local Communities
We are part of the Thames valley farmers market cooperative. We help local charities raise money by arranging free private tours of the distillery.
Packaging & Waste
All of our packaging is recycled. We keep our packing down to a bare minimum. We do not use any single use plastics in our bar. We use pasta & grass straw from a local company.
Inspiring & Educating
We have now been running our highly rated distillery tours for a year now. In a relaxed and informal setting we impart the knowledge we have gained over the years of how to make great spirits.
Energy Reduction
Our Cold-distillation process unlike other distilleries has a closed chilling cycle. So doesn't use any water in the distillation so reducing our carbon foot print.

All of our spirits have different AVB from 42% -46%
