OUR BRAND VALUES*

All Emma's cakes are manufactured in Gloucestershire and can be found in Sainsbury's stores nationally, Asda regionally, Budgens stores, Spar stores, Midcounties Co-ops and many more independent retailers including various Garden Centres. At the bakery there is no conveyor belts or robots, just lots of people making good old fashioned cakes. They are fully accredited by the highest standard and buy all their ingredients from local suppliers.

Sustainability

Our products are baked to order and this avoids overproduction and possible food waste. This also ensures minimum energy and maximum efficiency in our production facilities.

Environment

We all want our planet to be in the best of health and as a company we take this very seriously. We aim to reduce our carbon footprint and we achieve this by actively monitoring business travel, fuel usage and reducing packaging as much as possible. Fleet management is used daily and optimises routing, equipment maintenance, and fuel management. We don’t make unnecessary journeys and will combine routes where possible.

Local Communities

We regularly support our local and further afield community events. We participate in charity events right across the country and are very proud to support these.

Packaging & Waste

Emma’s Country cakes packaging is made up of a minimum of 70% recycled content. The main part of this recycled content comes from recycled water bottles, preventing them from being sent to landfill.
