OUR BRAND VALUES*

Here at The Cotswold Pudding Company, we produce a range of award winning delicious sticky puddings and decadent caramel sauces. Using just a handful of ingredients, sourced from suppliers in the West Country, all our puddings and sauces are ‘gloriously handmade’ using simple, traditional methods from our dedicated kitchen in the lovely Cotswold village of Poulton near Cirencester in Gloucestershire. Our Sticky Toffee, Sticky Ginger, Sticky Lemon, Sticky Toffee/Toasted Pecan and Gluten-Free Sticky Toffee Puddings have all won Great Taste Awards. We were also lucky enough to win the Cotswold Life Food & Drink Awards 'Best Product' for our Gluten-Free Sticky Lemon Pudding. We consider ourselves very lucky to be doing something we love in an area that is so beautiful.

We are a small bakery using local ingredients wherever we can so food miles can be reduced and other local businesses can benefit such as our local dairy and flour mill. We recycle everything that we can to make for a cleaner environment. Not only do we purchase our ingredient.s locally but the sleeves for our puds are printed in Gloucestershire.

Our business ranges from sourcing ingredients, locally wherever possible, producing the puddings and distributing where we try to minimise our impact on the environment at every point. We only source sustainable and traceable ingredients and use energy efficient manufacturing techniques to reduce energy usage and waste.

We are very proud to say that all our packaging is plastic free and can be fully recycled. The plastic we receive for ingredients etc is fully recycled along with cardboard.
