Happerley is growing. The movement to turn the food industry transparent, started on a small farm in Gloucestershire, is gathering pace. 
 
We are delighted to be launching our new Happerley app for Android and iOS at BBC Countryfile Live.

Happerley will operate under license of a Happerley Community Interest Company adhering to the following Mission Statement:
 
Assisting in and safeguarding the delivery of a credible and trusted means to validate, protect and communicate UK food and drink provenance for the benefit of the whole food and drink industry, and all consumers. Ensuring that Happerley stands for no creed or affiliation but to validate and deliver a currency of truth through the food chain that can only benefit all, from farmer to consumer.

New Offices
 
We are delighted to have nearly completed phase one conversion of the Cider Mill House on our founder's farm in Gloucestershire. This will be officially opened by Adam Henson on 31st August. This first phase will accommodate seven staff, but provides for the extension to 20 into the main, 1820s, building.
 
Cutting Edge Software
 
Meanwhile, our software team in Iasi, Romania, support us from their villa. Our Software Director, Dragos, is keen to show his credentials… he and his team, who have worked for our parent company since 2004, have masterminded the technology that supports and grows Happerley.

We now have a combined team of 11 and growing working on Happerley. There is a consensus across the food industry for the need for Happerley. We stand for nothing but delivering truth and transparency - so empowering the consumer to know where their food and drink is from, and a level playing field for everyone from producer to processor to retailer and restaurateur.
