Our beer is brewed using spring water coming off the hills behind the brewery. We harvest the rainwater off the building for 'grey water' use and plans are in hand to install a large area of solar panels on the roof which will generate about 45 Kilowatts of power.

Packaging & Waste
In the production of our beers the is virtually nothing that can be counted as waste. What is left of the grain we use is fed to the cattle on neighbouring farms. The spent hops are collected by local gardeners to put on their allotments as fertile mulch, even the used yeast is perfect for the production of pizzas!
