Sustainability

We source our fruit and vegetables from 2 farms in Gloucestershire who provide us with a wide range of fresh fruit and vegetables.

Environment

By using seasonal produce we keep food miles to an absolute minimum.

Local Communities

We have employed and trained those in the local area to run Kitchen garden, to engage with the local community throughout the Happerley England project.

Packaging & Waste

Where possible, recyclable and/or biodegradable packaging is used.

Inspiring & Educating

Using QR technology, consumers are able to trace the journey of their food to bring the farmers to the forefront of the conversation. Video content and trained staff are able to convey the story of the food available to educate consumers further.

Energy Reduction

Our suppliers work together to ensure we can keep separate deliveries to a minimum by combining the orders into one delivery.
