Much of our fresh fish is caught by small day boats to ensure maximum freshness and sustainability.

We have employed and trained those in the local area to run the Fishmongers, to engage with the local community throughout the Happerley England project.

Where possible, all of our packaging will be recyclable and/or biodegradable.

Inspiring & Educating

Consumers are encouraged to trace the journey of their food to bring the farmers to the forefront of the conversation, using QR technology and the Happerley App. Video content and trained staff are able to convey the story of the food available to educate consumers further – always feel free to ask any of our staff any questions.
