Here at Greene & wilde we use Happerley Gold standard suppliers to supply us the best meat possible and to ensure the consumer knows the journey of their food.

Local Communities

We have employed and trained those in the local area to run the Butchery, to engage with the local community throughout the Happerley England project.

Where possible, recyclable and/or biodegradable packaging is used.

Using QR technology, consumers are able to trace the journey of their food to bring the farmers to the forefront of the conversation. Video content and trained staff are able to convey the story of the food available to educate consumers further.
