Sustainability
We know where all of our ingredients are from right back to the farms to ensure consumers can know the journey of their food.
Environment
We combine deliveries arriving at Happerley England to ensure we are as environmentally friendly as possible. Also we use seasonal supplys from Happerley transparent suppliers.
Local Communities
We have employed and trained those in the local area to run Provenance Circles, to engage with the local community throughout the Happerley England project.
Packaging & Waste
Where possible, our packaging is recyclable and/or biodegradable.
Inspiring & Educating
Consumers are encouraged to trace the journey of their food to bring the farmers to the forefront of the conversation, using QR technology and the Happerley App. Video content and trained staff are able to convey the story of the food available to educate consumers further – always feel free to ask any of our staff any questions.
Energy Reduction
Where possible we aim to reduce energy consumption and lower our carbon footprint
