Where possible, palm oil is not used in products and we aim to reduce our carbon footprint long term, by buying locally where possible without compromising on quality.

Local Communities

Suppliers support the local community by donating end of line food goods. We have employed and trained those in the local area to run the Deli, to engage with the local community throughout the Happerley England project.

Packaging & Waste

Where possible, we use recyclable and/or biodegradable packaging. End of the line products aredonated to local charities by suppliers where possible.

Consumers are encouraged to trace the journey of their food to bring the farmers to the forefront of the conversation, using QR technology and the Happerley App. Video content and trained staffare able to convey the story of the food available to educate consumers further – always feel freeto ask any of our staff any questions.
